As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), I enjoy working with pre-teens (age 10+), adolescents, and adults. I strive to create a supportive space that offers compassion, empathy, and validation as you work towards your goals. I believe the working relationship we form is the foundation of the work we will do in therapy together. I believe it's important to acknowledge the progress you make along the way in reaching your goals!
I focus on working with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and those going through life changes, transitions, or relationship struggles. I have completed training in several areas of clinical practice, including Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD.
I have a variety experiences of working with children and families over the past 20 years, including child welfare and going into family's homes to offer behavioral interventions for children struggling with behavioral and mental health challenges.
